Shipping policy

At Agri Route, we aim to ensure that your orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered in a timely and reliable manner.

Orders will generally be *dispatched within 48 hours* from the date of order confirmation and/or receipt of payment.

We aim to deliver orders within the standard delivery timeframe of 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch. However, delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other law-and-order situations.

Deliveries to remote locations or certain postal codes may require an additional 5–7 working days, depending on the availability and accessibility of logistics services in the respective area.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on factors such as the delivery location, product availability, order processing requirements, and logistics service provider.

Agri Route will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery and keep customers informed in case of significant delays.
