Refund policy

At Agri Route, we aim to ensure that customers receive products in proper condition and as described on our website and/or mobile application.

Return & Replacement Policy

Products may be eligible for return or replacement within the applicable return window if the product received:

  • Is physically damaged
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is defective
  • Is different from the description or specifications provided on the product detail page
  • Returns will be processed only if:
  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product being returned is the same product that was originally delivered to you.
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging, including the brand/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, accessories, and any other items supplied with the product, wherever applicable.

Our customer service team will inspect the returned product within approximately 7 working days of receiving it and determine whether the product is eligible for replacement, return, or another appropriate resolution.

Agri Route reserves the right to reject a return or replacement request if the product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

Agri Route may accept cancellation requests without additional charges in cases involving:

  • Unreasonable delay in shipping attributable to us
  • Physically damaged products
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Defective products
  • Products that are materially different from their description on the product detail page

If an order is cancelled or returned without a justified reason after it has been dispatched, the applicable *forward and return shipping charges* may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully verified, the approved refund amount will generally be processed within 8–10 working days.

The refund will be credited to the customer's original payment method or applicable account. The actual time required for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method used.
