Pratyush Kant Pandey – Co-founder, Managing Director & CEO

Pratyush Kant Pandey is an accomplished professional with over 27 years of experience in the agriculture sector, working closely with farmers and agricultural businesses across India. A serial entrepreneur and proven company builder, he brings extensive leadership experience in farm machinery, micro-irrigation, agricultural technology, and rural markets.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with leading multinational organizations. He served as Managing Director & Director – South Asia at MTD Products, a US-based multinational company specializing in lawn and garden equipment, later acquired by Stanley Black & Decker. He also served as Country Director at Driptech, a US-based drip irrigation company acquired by Jain Irrigation, and as Managing Director at Global Easy Water Products (KB Drip).

Pratyush was a finalist for the Legatum Fortune 500 Technology Award, sponsored by TIME Magazine, USA and the Legatum Group. His professional journey also includes leadership involvement with projects and social enterprises supported by globally recognized organizations such as The World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Acumen Fund.

With his extensive industry knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and deep understanding of farmers’ needs, Pratyush leads Agri Route’s vision of making quality agricultural products and innovative farming solutions more accessible, affordable, and convenient for farmers and customers across India and international markets.
