Ordered material will be dispatched within 48 hours from the date of order confirmation/receipt of payment.
We are committed to deliver your consignment in the normal time frame of 5-8 working days, however the timelines may get affected due to the uncontrollable situations like strike, lockdown or other law and order situations.
Deliveries to the postal codes situated in the remote locations may get delivered with additional time durations up to 5-7 days.
Return & Replacement Policy:Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page.
Return will be processed only if:- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Our customer service team will examine the returned product within a time frame of 7 days & determine the need of material replacements.
Order Cancellation Policy:Agri Route will accept free of cost cancellation of order if it is cancelled due to the unreasonable delay in the shipping, physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page however company will deduct the to & fro shipping cost if the orders are cancelled without having the justified reasons.
Money will be refunded to the customer’s account within a time frame of 8-10 days after the receipt of returned material.
